    You will not be required to bring any paperwork or forms to the technician other than your one (1) primary form of acceptable identification. Prior to arriving for your appointment, please remove all jewelry (rings and bracelets) from your hands and wrists. Please be advised that Fieldprint is not responsible for your personal belongings. You will not be required to make any payment for your appointment at the collection site.
